Two class options this fall
Nature Play Group
Tuesdays 10:00-12:00
This fall, our group will meet at various parks in the region in all safe weather conditions. We'll focus on community-building (as always, a primary focus!) and child-led nature play. We will read during snack and sometimes have an intentionally-selected tool or game, but planning and materials provided will be minimal. The children find their own fun!
We had over 20 families join us last year and are ready to welcome more! Make time for nature play. The benefits are numerous. Children build skills in creativity, self-regulation, confidence, body knowledge, communication, curiosity, investigation and so much more. Adults have time to connect with other caregivers and find peace in nature.
We request a $50 donation each semester. If this is out of your budget, please let me know. We don't want to keep you from joining us!
Alternative Preschool
Thursdays 9:45-12:00
Join us while we learn and play together! We will have up to 16 children making art, building their own designs, trying games together, exploring nature, and so much more. We will meet in all safe weather at a park in Annandale.
Cost is $30/class. There is also a $30 registration fee. If you join us for both fall and spring semesters, you'll earn one free class!
